The After Party

It keeps going at Recovery.

When the program ends at eight, we don't send you to the parking lot. The room moves to Recovery, directly behind the hotel — a two-minute walk, no second ticket, no schedule. This is where the six-o'clock handshake turns into the relationship you still have five years from now.

Good to know

Do I have to be a WV Landlord Association member?
No. Proximity is hosted by the WVLA but open to any executive, advisor or owner doing business in the region. Members and non-members pay the same $25.
Is there an after party?
Yes. At 8:00 PM the room walks over to Recovery, directly behind Four Points — about a two-minute walk. It's informal, open to every ticket holder, and there's no extra charge to join. Drinks are on you.
What does the $25 cover?
Admission for one, your name badge, the full two-hour hosted program, entry to the after party at Recovery, and the post-event attendee list. Beverages are available at the hotel bar.
How can I pay?
Three ways. Zelle — scan the QR code in the ticket box with your banking app; put the reference number shown there in the memo so we can match it to you. Check — text 304-996-2339 for the mailing address and make it payable to Stern Productions, LLC. Both of those are $25 flat. Card — the card button takes you to our Eventbrite listing, where you pay by credit or debit and get instant confirmation; Eventbrite adds its own service fee there, so you'll see the final amount on their checkout before you commit. Whichever you pick, your badge is at the door.
Can I bring a colleague or a guest?
Yes — just select the number of seats you need at checkout. If you're bringing a team of five or more, email us and we'll set aside space together.
What should I wear?
Business or business casual. Most attendees come straight from the office, and the same works for the after party.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are transferable to a colleague at any time. Refunds are available up to 48 hours before doors open; after that the seat is yours to reassign.
Is there parking?
Yes — on-site parking at Four Points by Sheraton. Leave your car there for the after party; Recovery is right behind the hotel.
I want to sponsor or speak. Who do I talk to?
Email the organizers with a sentence on what you have in mind. Sponsorship is limited so the room stays balanced.
